We’re Greg and Nicole Belizaire, a husband-and-wife team better known as “Smokey and Sugar,” or simply “The Bellz.” Smoking, grilling, baking, and crafting delicious dishes aren’t just our passions—they’re a reflection of the deep love we share and the joy we find in serving others and our community.
The name “Bellz” was affectionately given to us years ago by friends and family, including our son’s friends. Our son, now a proud military veteran, is also known as “Bellz.” Over time, the name stuck, and today it proudly stands as the heart of our brand and business.
